Ok well not an old school one, but this Friday I will be the proud owner of a 2009 VW beetle! I am super excited, I have had my current ride for about 10 years now (since high school!) & I am ready for a change (plus my current car is going to die any day now). I have been wanting a little beetle of my own forever, & soon I will have one!
Once I get her in my pretty little hands I will be sure to post some photos, but for now some old school beetles for your viewing pleasure!
My new bug is heaven metallic blue, & I do believe it is the loveliest color I could have chosen. So excited :)

Love the beetles! When my dad was in college he lived at an old farm house with three other guys. All four of them had beetles and there are photos floating around of the 4 beetles in the driveway, all different colors. Wish I could find them to share! Such cool cars! Hope you enjoy yours! :)
ReplyDeleteI hate to burst your bubble, but even though the "newer" beetles are cute, they are one of the worst cars you can buy, they constantly break down. I suggest doing a little consumer research online for that year of beetle before purchasing.
ReplyDeleteThese are the cutest cars! If they were safer I would buy one. I wish they still made vintage cars, all cars today are boring and look the same :(

Yay, so exciting!! I still remember the way my parent's little red beetle smelled from growing up. They are the best cars.
