afterglow...

I love taking photos on my iphone, and recently discovered the afterglow app. It's only $1, and it's pretty sweet. You can create cool shapes and they have a ton of fun filters and effects. Here are some photos I have taken recently...

Decided to finally share some little snaps of my new studio. It's still a work in progress, I need to do more organizing & I think I am going to paint & spackle too - plus hanging of art needs to get done. But these will give you a little glimpse into my new space...

I will take more photos when things are all prettied up. Also I am kind of in photo limbo right now, since I have no photo editing software, BUT I am really excited because I finally ordered photoshop - so once I get that going things will be extra awesome around here.

YSL : The Retrospective

Yesterday I had the chance to go to the Denver Art Museum & see the much discussed around town, YSL Exhibit. The exhibit covered 40 years of Saint Laurent's work, including over 200 garments, drawings & photographs. 

The exhibit was pretty amazing, some of the pieces were so insanely detailed & beautiful. I really enjoyed it, the only thing that could have made it better would have been if it was less crowded. 

I brought my camera with me, but wasn't allowed to take photos - so I rebelled it up & snapped a bunch with my iphone (don't tell anyone!)...

If you are living in Denver, or visiting over the the next few months, please check it out! You won't be disappointed :)
