And as you can see from that last photo it snowed, quite a lot actually. Makes me even more anxious for spring time!

Every year Westword holds an event called Artopia. It's all about art, music, a little bit of fashion, food & live entertainment. We went this past weekend & had a pretty good time...

lakeside...
These were taken on Sunday when Matt & I were out running errands. It was a perfect Denver weather day, with temps in the 60s and a nice big ole sunshine. It's supposed to snow later this week so I tried to soak in the nice weather while we had it!

grand lake...
It's pretty rare to get a cloudy day in Colorado, so sometimes I actually enjoy them. This past weekend Matt & I went boarding up at Winterpark, & stayed the night at my Aunt & Uncle's cabin in Grand Lake. The overcast made the scenery look like it was right out of a movie...
That middle shot, is of Mount Baldy. Also Matt took that one out of the car window, he wanted to be sure I gave him the credit :)
Every time we go up to the mountains it makes me love Colorado a little bit more, you just can't get scenery like that in Ohio!

WHITEOUT.
Thursday night was Westword's Whiteout fashion show. I had a really great time & enjoyed the show. I grabbed a good spot & snapped tons of photos of the local Denver fashions...
